Zen Shiatsu encourages and supports mindful attention to your body and its function. Methodical application of pressure to muscles, supported stretching and joint movements, and a focus on breathing. No two treatment sessions are the same. How and what you are feeling at the time determines the scope of the session.

This is a slow moving, light to moderate pressure treatment that will attend to tension in the muscles of the head, face, and neck. If you suffer from TMJ, tight jaw, neck or face tension, this treatment can be of significant help. No makeup, please!

Application of pressure points to the muscles of the hands and feet. The pressure is direct and specific to individual muscles, followed with general rhythmic massage. Wear or bring loose clothing to your appointment.

Start with a hot towel treatment, then choose between:

1. A deep tissue hand and arm massage. Perfect for overworked hands, and if you are experiencing strain, stiffness, or pain in your hands and arm. OR
2. A traditional manicure. Includes nail filing and soak, cuticle care, exfoliation, and massage.
   

Choose between:

1. This signature treatment will pamper your feet! It involves foot soak (your choice of flowers, herbs, chocolate, or fruit), scrub, and massage of the muscles of the feet; OR
   
2. A traditional pedicure (foot bath, scrub, nail and cuticle care) followed by foot massage.

Gives attention to both the hands and feet. For those who suffer from tension, tiredness and tightness in the extremities, this is a blissful, valuable treatment!

Firstly, clean up and care for the foot with herbal or mineral foot bath, slough off excess callous and cuticle build up, and trim/shape nails. Secondly, pressure point deep-tissue massage to the muscles of the legs and feet. You will walk out with beautiful and happy feet!

Reflexology treatment combined with either Zen Shiatsu or Swedish massage.
