Hello!

I’m Lynette Segal, a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) here at Reflexology & Shiatsu Services of Toronto.

30+ Years of Hands-on Experience

While I have recently joined Yvonne here at her Toronto-based clinic, I have had the honour and privilege to be working as a massage therapist for thirty years. I bring a trauma-informed sensitivity to this deeply healing and embodying form of care, with specialties that include:

• Sports massage
• Peri/post-natal massage
• Post-surgical massage
• Lymphatic drainage
• Geriatric massage
• Palliative massage
  

My career as a professional contemporary dancer, choreographer, and educator has provided infinite bridges between my life pursuits, and continues to creatively inspire me.

My current interests include diving into the art, science, and often untapped healing powers of breathing, offering workshops in Guelph and Toronto with my partner. Camping, running, cycling, cold immersion(!) and hosting big dinners with our children, family, and friends take up the rest of my ever grateful waking time.

I am deeply thankful to be part of a team where my values align. I know this environment will allow me to help clients on their healing journey and contribute to their overall well-being.
